1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the WorkShift website ("Site") or submitting an application through our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use the Site.
2. What WorkShift does
WorkShift is a job board that connects candidates with remote positions at hiring companies in the United States. When you apply for a role, you're directed to a third-party application form (currently hosted by Typeform). WorkShift reviews applications and may share your materials with the relevant hiring company. WorkShift is not the employer for any of the roles listed on the Site, and we don't guarantee that any application will result in an interview, offer, or employment.
3. Eligibility
WorkShift's services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. By applying to a role, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. No cost to candidates
There is never a fee to browse jobs, apply, or use WorkShift as a candidate. If anyone asks you to pay a fee in connection with a WorkShift listing, please don't pay it and let us know at service@tryworkshift.com.
5. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your application. WorkShift may decline to process or forward applications that appear to contain false or misleading information.
6. Third-party services
Our application flow uses Typeform, a third-party service, to collect your application materials. Your use of Typeform is also subject to Typeform's own terms and privacy policy. WorkShift is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
7. Equal opportunity
WorkShift is committed to connecting candidates with employers on a fair and equal basis, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other status protected by applicable law.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and our services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any job listing is current or accurate at all times.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkShift is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in the application process, including outcomes related to any hiring decision made by a third-party employer.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
